Business Traveler
I like this hotel a lot. I stay here often. But, I have found the TVs in several rooms need to be replaced or fixed. The sound is distorted and very irritating.

The staff members were great on check-in. One even assisted me when my key did not work. He also got me a replacement when my desk chair broke. Family with Teens
We were tired after a long day in busy San Francisco and were pleased to find that the hotel was easy to get to, there is plenty of parking and the hotel was very comfortable.

Traveling as Couple
The bedding was great, loved the suite room. Very cozy place. We went to a game and it only took 3 minutes to get there. It has a nice view of the bay from upper levels.

This hotel was outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a family, friendly, or romantic getaway destination. The employees were FABULOUS.

Family with Young Children
The hotel was not clean. The front desk called our room at 2 am and woke us up to say that someone said we were making too much noise, we were asleep and tired until her phone call woke us up and we could not go back to sleep because where ever the noise came from, we now can hear it and didn't sleep all night! The front desk later explain the next morning that they had the wrong room when they woke us up with their phone call at 2 am, never have I been so disappointed in a hotel with the Hilton name. ...read more
